How Do I Place an Order?
At Goebel Outdoor Group, our goal is to create a high quality kitchen knife that will meet your needs for years to come. We welcome the opportunity to create your ideal kitchen knife. There are some knives available for immediate purchase in the “shop” tab, or Paul will be happy to create a custom design for you.

If you see a knife in the “shop” tab that interest you, please email us at Paul@aTNartisan.com. We will send you the knife details and shipping information. This is done to be sure that the knife you are interested in meets your needs and will live up to your expectations. It also allows us to ensure that all local, state, and federal laws are covered.

Payment and Shipping
In general, if a knife is completed it will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please remember that we are a small, family owned business and occasionally something might come up that delays shipping for a short period. You know vacations, family emergencies, and the like. We anticipate this to be rare, but in the event that something does occur that causes a delay, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Custom orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

No orders or shipments outside of the continental United States.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
PayPal is used for all payment transactions. An invoice will be sent we ready to ship and will have the link for payment. All cost will be on the invoice for you to review.

Returns & Refunds
All product can be returned within a 30 days from shipping. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Any products that show extensive use or mishandling will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
All information is kept private and will not be transferred or sold to third party. We do not hold any customer information and no information will be sold to a third party.
